As a gymnast I trained in this same exact location during high school, then was a coach here in college, and now a PT here helping athletes get back to their peak!
I am great at identifying faulty movement patterns and poor body mechanics that may be causing your pain, injury or weakness.

CROSSFIT REHAB TREATMENT PLAN
1) Diagnose Pain
I am highly skilled at treating common crossfit injuries such as:
Low back pain or strain
Shoulder pain
Achilles tendonitis
Rotator cuff tendonitis
De Quervain’s Tenosynovitis,
Knee pain and more…
2) Movement Analysis
I can quickly uncover imbalances and weaknesses that can be affecting your performance. I can breakdown and provide cues for each movement pattern so you are confident and ready to head back to the box.
3) Strengthening
Maybe you can already deadlift 200 lbs, but a five pound dumbbell can hurt when you’re isolating muscles. I can create a series of exercises designed specifically to address the weaknesses that are contributing to your issue.
4) Re-training Crossfit Movements
This is critical. I can help you re-learn movement patterns so you can remain injury free. We will work together to create a custom plan.
5) Recovery
Recovery is a big factor in performance and injury prevention. Elavate PTR now offers Rock taping before or after you WOD.
